The complaint of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the application dated 13.08.2019 for grant of trade license pursuant to the grant of provisional trade license on 09.08.2019 is not being processed by respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

Considering the nature of relief which the petitioner sought, respondent No.2 is directed to process the application of the petitioner, subject to his eligibility and satisfying the conditions for grant of trade license, take a decision thereon, in accordance with law, and communicate the same to the petitioner. This entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
