When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Karnam Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this court to withdraw the civil revision petition with a permission to renew the request of the petitioner before the trial court. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to renew the request of the petitioner before the trial court. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
