Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of certiorari calling for the records in O.A. No.476/2001, dated 24-102002 & 18-9-2003 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, and quash the same as illegal and perverse, consequently allow the O.A. No.476/2001 in the interest of Justice and equity and consequently direct the respondents to pay all the cost to petitioner that he bore to defend the charges levelled against the petitioner."
