This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent, Station House Officer, to grant Police aid to protect the lands of the petitioners'

totally admeasuring land Acs.6.14 guntas in Sy.No.379, situated at Manchirevula village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy district.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the leaned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and perused the material placed on record.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 25.09.2019 of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Narsingi Police Station, submitted that the 1st petitioner gave a complaint to the Station House Officer, Narsingi on 31.07.2019 stating that he is facing threats from the family members of Late Pattabhiramaiah against whom he obtained perpetual injunction in S.A. No.117 of 1984 as such, requested to provide Police protection.

He further submitted that on receipt of above complaint, GD entry was made and on perusal of the orders in A.S.No.120 of 1981 and S.A.No.117 of 1984 as

there are no specific directions to the Station House Officer, Narsingi Police Station to provide Police aid to the petitioners therein and if there would be any such order, Police authorities are ready to obey the same. Having regard to the above and also the fact that on earlier occasion this Court in WPMP.Nos.2636 and 11678 of 1995 in W.P. No.2114 of 1995, by order dated 03.08.1995, was pleased to grant Police aid to protect the lands of the petitioners as per the civil Court decree confirmed in S.A.No.117 of 1984 on 06.11.1987, I deem it appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent, Station House Officer, to extend the Police aid to the petitioners' land upon petitioners making a representation in this regard, which shall be considered by the official respondents, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
