This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. questioning the orders dated 02.07.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.429 of 2015 in C.C.No.215 of 2014(Old C.C.No.68 of 2012) on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Nellore.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
