CVNR,J & DVSS,J L.A.A.S.No.535 of 2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal is filed against order and decree, dated 10.12.2014, in L.A.O.P.No.24 of 2013 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Nandikotkur (Full Additional Charge of Senior Civil Judge, Atmakur). 2.

Today, by a separate order, we have dismissed L.A.A.S.M.P.No.535 of 2017 filed for condonation of 2 days delay in filing the present appeal following order, dated 22.03.2018, which reads as under. "Learned Government Pleader for Appeals, requested for one more opportunity to bring on record, L.Rs. of the deceased respondent.

The case is accordingly adjourned to 10.04.2018. If by the next date of hearing, the L.R. application is not filed, the appeal would stand automatically abated."

In the light of the above and since the appellant failed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent, order, dated 22.03.2018, worked itself out resulting in automatic abatement of this Appeal 4.

This Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as abated. 5.
