THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA CRIMINAL PETITION No.7538 of 2021 ORDER :

Seeking to quash the proceedings that are initiated against the petitioners through FIR No.78 of 2021 of Nagaram Police Station, Suryapet District, the present Criminal Petition is filed.

No representation on petitioners' side on call. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits, on written instructions, that the charge sheet is filed, and hence, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Therefore, this Criminal Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 to move a fresh application, in case the cause survives. 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
