HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No. 86 OF 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 18.08.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.25696 of 2015. By the said order, this Court disposed of the writ petition keeping it open to the petitioner to make necessary complaint/representation to the respondents with a further direction to the respondents to consider the same in accordance with law. Counter affidavit deposed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, III Town Police Station, Proddatur, Kadapa District, is filed, wherein it is stated that the respondent police registered Crime No.203 of 2005 under Section 107 Cr.P.C., on 04.12.2015 against Sareddy Chenna Keshavareddy, petitioner's brother, and Sareddy Vedavathi and that the Mandal Executive Magistrate, Proddatur, bound over them on 05.12.2015 vide M.C.No.A/107/2015.

In view of the above developments and the action taken, the contempt case is closed and the respondents stand discharged. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
