Respondents/comprainant (Respondents in-do-) Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stat.ed in the petition, the High Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to deposit the remaining 50 o/o of the cheque amount along with interest @ 9o/o per annum for entire cheque amount i.e., Rs.2,80,000/- or double of the cheque amount before Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Huzurnagart in CC.No.429 of 2009 by compounding the sentence of simple imprisonment of one year imposed by the Court below in CC.No.429 of 2009 same is confirmed by the appellate Court in Crl.A.No.91 of 20L6 in the interest of justice, pending disposal of CRLRC No. 2384 of 20t7 , on the file of the High Court.

CRL.R.C.MP. NO:3873 of 2OL7 Petition under Section 397(L) of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the execution of sentence passed in Crl.A. No. 91 of 2016 on the file of VIII Additional Sessions Judge, at Miryalaguda, dt, 29-08-20L7 confirming the judgment passed in CC. No.429 of 2009 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Huzurnagar, dt.7-04-2016 and release the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of Crl,RC. No.2384 of 20L7 on the file of the High Court. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 31.08.2017 made in Crl.RC.MP.No.3873 of 2OL7 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri B.Chandrasekhar Advocate for the Petitioner and of Public Prosecutor for Respondent No.1, Sri P Prabhakar Reddy Advocate for the Respondent No.2, the Court made the following

Heard.

The petitioner is permitted to deposit the remaining 5oo/o of the cheque amount along with interest @ 9olo per annum for entire cheque amount i.e. Rs.2,8O,OOO/- within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

On such deposit, the respondent No.2/Complainant is permitted to withdraw the said amount.
