OFFICE NOTE LK,J I.A.No.1 of 2021 20.12.2021 This application is filed seeking to relax condition No.2 imposed by this Court in the order dated 19.07.2021.

Vide order dated 08.02.2021 this Court granted anticipatory bail on imposition of certain conditions. The condition No.2 is as follows:

"The petitioner shall personally appear before the investigating officer on each Thursday between 10.00 AM and 02.00 PM till the completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet. Thereafter, the petitioner shall personally appear before the Court concerned on each date of hearing."

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the order of this Court and there are no allegation of violation of any of the conditions imposed by this Court and that he appear before the police whenever his appearance is required and cooperate with the investigating officer.

On instructions, learned Public Prosecutor, would submit that the Police have not completed the investigation and that there is no allegation against the petitioner with regard to the violation of any of the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the above, this application is allowed relaxing the condition No.2 imposed by this Court. However, it is made clear that other conditions imposed in the order remain unaltered. The petitioner shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer by appearing before him as and when his presence is required.
