THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.151 of 2016 ORDER :

This contempt case is filed to punish the respondents for willfully disobeying the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.6020 of 2013 dated 11.12.2014 under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act.

2. When the matter is taken up learned Government pleader produced a copy of letter No.57663/DALR&FF(1)/2008 dated 05.03.2016 addressed by the Principal Secretary to Government, Revenue Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad to the Deputy Secretary to Government of India, New Delhi. Prior to this, the District Collector, has issued non-availability certificate and the same was forwarded to the Government and the Government in turn forwarded the proposals to Government of India.

3. Having regard to the same, I am satisfied that the order passed by this Court is complied and the contempt case is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
