HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 3997 of 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had approached the 3rd respondent seeking permission to lay new cables. He further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction be issued to the 3rd respondent to consider his application in accordance with law.

Considering the relief which has been sought by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent shall consider the application made by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law and the procedure governing grant of permission relating to the present case.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall also stand closed.
