This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C., to withdraw A.S. No.1 of 2018 from the Court of IX Additional District Judge, Wanaparthy and transfer the same to any other Court having jurisdiction in Mahaboobnagar District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.

Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
