HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.6143 of 2019 ORDER :
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.94 of 2018 on the file of the Kalpathar Police Station, Hyderabad.

During the course of hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State, submits that the police after completion of investigation filed the charge sheet in this case and hence, this petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
