O R D E R

This writ petition was filed assailing the Award dated 20.12.2003 passed by the Labour Court-I, Hyderabad, in I.D.No.42 of 2001. The said I.D. was filed by the first respondent herein, a Conductor in the service of the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation. The writ petition was dismissed for default against the first respondent as per the order dated 30.12.2010 passed by this Court, which was given effect to on 09.03.2011. The validity of the impugned Award cannot be examined in the absence of the first respondent at whose behest it was passed.

The writ petition must therefore fail in its entirety and is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
