THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR W.P. No.21280 of 2019 ORDER:

Questioning inaction on the part of the 4th respondent, Station House Officer, Bhupalappaly, Jayashankar District, in registering the crime pursuant to the complaint made by him on 04.08.2019, present writ petition has been filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions dated 25.09.2019 of Sub-Inspector of Plice, Bhupalapally Police Station, submitted that the allegations made by the petitioner that he gave complaint to the respondent No.4 on 04.08.2019 is false and denied. In fact, he gave a complaint on 05.09.2018 upon which a case was registered in Crime No.272 of 2018 under Sections 427, 447 read with 34 IPC of Bhupalapally Police Station on 06.09.2018 and the case is under investigation.

Recording the said submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and based on the initial complaint stated to have been made by the petitioner on 05.09.2018 a crime has been registered and the same is under investigation and more particularly, the complaint dated 04.08.2019, which stated to have been made by the petitioner before the 4th respondent is denied, I deem it appropriate that no further orders are required to be passed.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
