No representation for the revision petitioners. The information passed by the learned Junior Civil Judge, Pithapuram, East Godavari District, indicates that the suit in O.S. No.322 of 2004 was decreed on 25.11.2011 and even against the said decree, appeal was filed and the same was also disposed of on 6.10.2015.

In such an event, the present Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
