This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 3, 5 to 7 and 9, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking pre arrest bail in Crime No.172 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Ponnur Rural Police Station, Guntur District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted. 3.
