Sri Allam Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh application before appropriate Court whenever crime is registered.

Permission is accorded as sought for.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
