Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the fourth respondent in not disposing the Appeal Nos.13, 14, 15 and 16 of 2016 filed in respect of the petitioner's plot Nos.22,25, 28 and 30 in Survey No.719/ 1 of Railway Kodur Village and Mandal, Kadapa District under pending Doc.Nos.P.29/ 2016, P.30/ 2016, P.27/ 2016 and P.28/ 2016, inspite of orders passed in Appeal No.2 of 2016, dated 15.02.2016 filed in respect of plot No.24 in the same survey No.719/ 1 of Railway Kodur Village and Mandal, Kadapa District as arbitrary, against to law and contrary to the right of property guaranteed under Article 300-A of Indian Constitution and consequently direct respondent No.4 to dispose the Appeal Nos.13,14, 15 and 16 of 2016 in pursuance of the orders passed in Appeal No.2 of 2016, as the facts and circumstances in both the appeals are

similar and pass such other order or orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case". 4.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to dispose of Appeal Nos.13,14, 15 and 16 of 2016, as early as possible.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities to dispose of Appeal Nos.13, 14, 15 and 16 of 2016, against orders passed by the Joint SubRegistrar, Pullampet, in respect of different sale deeds, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
