ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct respondent No.2 to remove the unofficial respondent from the post of Sarpanch, Kankipadu Gram Panchayat, Krishna District, in pursuance of the enquiry report, dated 04.08.2015, submitted by respondent No.5, as illegal and arbitrary.

After arguing the case, Mr.B.S.N.Naidu, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to avail appropriate remedies available in law. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.49147 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous. _________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J
