This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondents 2 to 4 in interfering with the petitioners possession and enjoyment over the land in Sy.No.276/A admeasuring Ac.01-11 guntas, Sy.No.486/A admeasuring Ac.3-14 guntas and in Sy.No.497/A admeasuring Ac.3-10 guntas situated at Peddaramancharla Revenue Village, Jangaon Mandal, Jangaon District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the petitioners were never called to the police station or threatened the petitioners to vacate the subject lands and never interfered in conducting their day to day agricultural operations in the subject lands. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the police not to interfere with the civil disputes.
