HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23879 OF 2016 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of respondent No.3 in disposing of appeal filed by the petitioner in case No.A5/1370/14.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue(Telangana) for the respondents.
3. The case of the petitioner is that he filed an appeal before the 3rd respondent under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, against the proceedings dated 11.02.2014 passed by the 4th respondent and the 3rd respondent issued notice dated 28.05.2014. But no orders are passed in the said appeal. Hence, this Writ Petition.
4. In view of the facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner after issuing a notice to the affected parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
6. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
