THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.4622 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in S.C.No.62 of 2017 on the file of the Court of Assistant Sessions Judge, Nandigama, Krishna District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of discharge petition. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, permission is granted.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn permitting the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of discharge petition. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
