The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner in Crime No.161 of 2010 of Madikonda Police Station, Warangal District.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on written instructions, submits that in the Impugned Crime the Police has filed closure report by referring the case as Civil in nature. 4.

Having regard to the referred stage of the matter, as cause does not survive for adjudication, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
