THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.5077 of 2015 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner filed a letter dated 04.11.2016 before the Registry stating that the parties to the lis have settled the matter out of Court and that the amount due was paid before the lower Court and hence, there is no need to further pursue the issue raised for consideration in this revision. A request was also made to list the revision 'For Withdrawal'. Hence, the matter came up today under the caption "For Withdrawal'. In view of the contents of the aforesaid letter, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this revision petition also shall stand dismissed.
