THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 21205 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, by declaring the inaction of the Respondents in considering the representations dt: 17.09.2018, 18.09.2018, 20.10.2018 and 16.09.2019, is illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, besides violative of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dt: 17.09.2018, 18.09.2018, 20.10.2018 and 16.09.2019." When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 16.09.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 19926 of 2019. Learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise does not dispute the aforesaid submission.

Relevant portion of the aforesaid order reads as under: "In the light of the aforestated submissions, as the 6th respondent is yet to make an application for renewal of the license, this Court is of the opinion that at this stage, no order need be passed in this writ petition.

CKR, J W.P.No.21205 of 2019 However, in the facts and circumstances of the case, liberty is given to the petitioner to raise objections, if any, in case the 6th respondent files any representation as regards renewal of license.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation."

In those circumstances, following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.

Office to annex a copy of the order dated 16.09.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 19926 of 2019 to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
