THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21290 OF 2019 O R D E R :

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied in Form 6A under the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 for issuance of pattadar passbook to the 4th respondent on 30.07.2019 and that the 4th respondent has not disposed of the same.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will decide the said application within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
