THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.18441 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that after registration of the Crime No.63 of 2018 on the file of S.Rayavaram P.S., Visakhapatnam District, the subject vehicles were produced before the Court of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Yellamanchili, on 13.05.2018 and 18.06.2018.

In view of the same, keeping it open for the petitioners herein to file appropriate applications before the concerned Court, as mentioned supra, the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
