CVNR,J & JUD,J C.M.A.No.16 of 2016 15.06.2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This civil miscellaneous appeal arises out of ad interim order, dated 28.12.2015 in I.A.No.1412 of 2015 in O.S.No.1387 of 2015 on the file of XVI Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri.

The learned counsel for both the parties have submitted that after the aforementioned order was passed, a final order in I.A.No.1412 of 2015 was passed on 26.02.2016 and that a separate civil miscellaneous appeal was filed against the said order. The learned counsel have accordingly submitted that the cause in the present appeal does not survive for adjudication.

The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the appeal, C.M.A.M.P.No.32 of 2016 filed by the appellants for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
