When the matter was taken up for consideration on 12.06.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, to give one opportunity to the petitioner, the matter vr'as posted to 13.06.2023.

On 13.06.2023 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. To give one more opportunity to the petitioner the matter was posted to 14.06.2023 under the caption "for dismissal". 3.

In spite of the matter being listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, it appears that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting this case.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
