This appeal is filed challenging the judgment and award, dated 26.02.2015 passed in M.V.O.P.No.282 of 2012 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-I Additional District Judge, Kurnool.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellants has sought permission of this Court to permit the appellants to withdraw the appeal and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 16.09.2015 before the Registry.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Hence, the M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
