THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13254 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.105 of 2014 on the file of Court of the Special Judge for Economic Offences, at Hyderabad.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to urge all the points raised in this petition before the trial Court in view of pendency of petition for compounding the offence before concerned authority. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
