THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.33264 of 2011 ORDER:- As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 30.12.2015, the matter was listed to today under the caption "for dismissal". In spite of the matter being posted under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the petition. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents submits that an appeal would lie against the impugned order.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
