Common Order:

These two Civil Revision Petitions arise out of Common Order, dated 21-04-2015, in IA.Nos.763 and 764 of 2015 in OS.No.127 of 2011, on the file of the Court of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri.

Today, I have passed a detailed order and dismissed CRP.Nos.1855 and 1859 of 2015.

At the hearing, it is not disputed that the issues raised in these Civil Revision Petitions are

identical to that raised in CRP.Nos.1855 and 1859 of 2015.

For the same reasons as are mentioned therein, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petitions, interim orders, dated 14-05-2015, passed therein are vacated and CRPMP.Nos.2476 and 2477 of 2015 are disposed of as infructuous.
