The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents, in particular, respondents 2 to 5 in not taking any action or arresting the accused persons i.e., unofficial respondents 6 to 8 or investigating into the matter in Crime No.429 of 2019 of Sanathnagar Police Station, as being illegal and arbitrary.

Heard Smt. B. Saiprasanna, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the officials respondents 1 to 5. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, having obtained written instructions dated 23.10.2019, copy of which is placed on the record of this Court, would submit that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.429 of 2019 of Sanathnagar Police Station on 27.08.2019 for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and took up investigation. In the course of investigation, the Investigation Officer examined 3 witnesses as LWs.1 to 3 and recorded their statements. As per the statements of LWs.1 to 3, a prima facie case was established against the accused person. It is further submitted that investigation in the matter was completed and charge sheet was also filed before the Court of

XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally on 10.10.2019 and CC number is awaited.

Recording the above submissions made by the Assistant Government Pleader for Home on the basis of written instructions, inasmuch the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, no further orders are required to passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
