CVNR,J C.C.No.382 of 2017 02.06.2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 05.08.2013, in W.P.No.23123 of 2013.

On 03.03.2017, the learned counsel for the petitioner was not present and therefore, the case was adjourned. Even today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his cause in this contempt case.

Hence, the Contempt Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Contempt Case, C.A.No.201 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for fixing an early date of hearing of the contempt case shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
