ORDER
This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "...to issue a Writ, Order or direction (s) particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the actions of the respondents in interfering into the petitioner's land for the restoration of Thummala Kunta under Mission Kakatiya Phase-III, situated at Mansanpally Village, Maheswaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without notice and consent of the petitioner and without initiating Land Acquisition proceedings is illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provision of Land Acquisition Act and is violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere into the land of the petitioner and not to undertake any kind of working the patta land belonging to the petitioner in Sy.No.350 admeasuring Ac.0.06 guntas and Sy.No.357 admeasuring Ac.7.04 guntas, total admeasuring Ac.7.10 guntas, situated at Mansanpally Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble High Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader, based on written instructions, submits that proposed de-silting was only for 700 cubic meters that too only in the
Government land, at the request of the villagers. It is to be noted that 700 cubic meters is very small extent and no de-silting work has been taken up till today. It is assured that de-silting will not be done in private patta lands of the tank bed under any circumstances. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
