The State Of Andhra Pradesh, Rep. By Its Principal v. M/S. Pasupala Foods Pvt., Limited,
THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Appeal No.884 of 2016 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) This appeal under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent, is preferred against an ex parte ad-interim order of suspension passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.M.P. No. 28631 of 2016 in Writ Petition No. 23252 of 2016, dated 10.8.2016.
The appellants herein can as well file a vacate stay petition, and seek vacation of the interim order. As the order passed is an ex parte adinterim order, we see no reason to exercise jurisdiction under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent to entertain an intra-Court appeal. Leaving it open to the appellants herein to file a petition before the Learned Single Judge to vacate the interim order, the writ appeal is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________________ (RAMESH RANGANATHAN, ACJ) _____________________________ (U.DURGA PRASAD RAO, J) 22nd September 2016 pnb
