THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.20073 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.T.Teejeswara Rao for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioners aggrieved by the action of the respondent Nos.3 and 4 in trying to dispossess them by demolishing the foundations and structures laid by the petitioners in their respective house sites by canceling the house site pattas, without any notice and without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary, filed the present writ petition. After perusing the prayer and averments in the affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of by this order. The respondents before taking any action are directed to put on notice the petitioners, conduct enquiry and pass orders. Until and unless the above procedure is completed, the possession of petitioners of their respective house plots is directed not to be disturbed. In other words, the respondents are given liberty to proceed in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
