THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE N. BALAYOGI WRI T PETI TI ON No.43470 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Justice Sanjay Kumar) The petitioners, applicants in O.A.No.1966 of 2015 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, seek implementation of the order dated 27.04.2015 passed by the Tribunal allowing the said O.A.

The matter was adjourned twice to enable the learned Government Pleader for Services (Telangana) to obtain instructions. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services (Telangana) informs us that the aforestated order passed by the Tribunal has attained finality and the file in relation to implementation of the said order is being processed.

We are however of the opinion that once the order passed by the Tribunal has been allowed to attain finality, it is not open to the State and its authorities to delay the implementation of the said order indefinitely. The writ petition is accordingly allowed directing the respondents to ensure implementation of the order dated 27.04.2015 passed in O.A.No.1966 of 2015 by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, expeditiously and in any event, not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. _______________ SANJAY KUMAR, J _____________ N. BALAYOGI , J 8th February, 2017.
