VRS, J & NBY, J W.P.No.18434 of 2018 HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N. BALAYOGI Writ Petition No.18434 of 2018 ORDER: (V. Ramasubramanian, J) Aggrieved by the refusal of the respondents to return the original certificates to enable him to join a better course in All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi, the petitioner came up with the above writ petition.

2. Finding that the petitioner had satisfied the condition for relieving him, we passed an interim order on 06-06-2018. It reads as follows:

"The petitioner, who got admission to MD (Radio Therapy) course in the 3rd respondent-college, has no secured admission in another private college and wants to take back the original certificates. In cases of this nature, the University has imposed two conditions viz., (1) remittance of a sum of Rs.3 lakhs and (2) disqualification from participating in any counseling for three consecutive years. Therefore, subject to the petitioner paying the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs only), the original certificates of the petitioner shall be returned to the petitioner."

3. Today, Mr. O. Manohar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the interim order, the respondents have returned the original certificates. Therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.

VRS, J & NBY, J W.P.No.18434 of 2018 As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
