HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18455 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not renewing the Arms License, pursuant to the application dated 23.11.2017 and reminder dated 06.12.2017, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to renew the license forthwith.

Heard both sides.

Since petitioner's application dated 23.11.2017 for renewal of Arms Licenses is pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with law and take action accordingly within a period of four weeks from the receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
