THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.6020 of 2017 ORDER:
This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., challenging the order dated 12.2.2014 in Crl.M.P. No.2752 of 2013 in M.C. No.20 of 2013 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nakrekal, Nalgonda District.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioners is to direct the trial court to dispose of M.C. No.20 of 2013 on merits. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this court is not inclined to go into merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nakrekal, Nalgonda District, is hereby directed to dispose of M.C. No.20 of 2013, on merits, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
