In fact, on the previous date of hearing, learned counsel for petitioners represented that he has sent notices on 20.02.2018 and sought time for filing proof thereof.

2. Sri L. Ravinder, learned counsel representing Sri C. Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that he has no instructions.

3. It appears that the petitioners are not inclined to prosecute the present revision petition, which is preferred against the order, dated 28.01.2009, passed in I.A.No.113 of 2008 in O.S.No.712 of 2004 on the file of learned III Additional Senior Civil Judge (Fast Track Court), Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, whereby and whereunder, the learned Judge dismissed the I.A. filed by the petitioners - defendant Nos.9, 10 and 13, under Order VI Rule 17 read with Section 151 C.P.C., to amend their written statements.

4. Therefore, no purpose would be served in keeping the present revision petition pending, which was filed in the year 2009.

5. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________________ A. SHANKAR NARAYANA, J June 05, 2018.
