Learned counsel appearing for petitioners as well as respondents submit that this writ petition has become infructuous as the petitioners were already granted the relief way back in the year 2002 itself and nothing survives in this writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
