THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22737 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in interfering with the activity of the respondents in laying down the statue of the petitioner's father in the petitioner's vacant site bearing door No.14 (Old D.No.8) situated at Malkapuramu village, Tullur mandal, Guntur district.

Though no counter-affidavit is filed, learned Government Pleader on the basis of written instructions submits that the police never interfered with the activity of the petitioner in erecting the statue, no complaint was also received against the petitioner with regard to the said activity and hence, the question of calling them to the Police Station does not arise.

In view of the said instructions, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.
