THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.6054 of 2016 ORDER :

The petitioner's grievance in this Writ Petition is that 4th respondent is trying to dispossess her from her property bearing D.No.14-2-509/2 in an extent of 122.22 Sq.yds. situated at Gowda Colony, Macherla without following due process of law.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh) states on instructions that respondents are not interfering with the possession and enjoyment of petitioner over the subject property at all.

3. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of petitioner of the subject property without following due process of law. No order as to costs.
