- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.21779 OF 2019 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioners claim that they are the successors and absolute owners of various extents of lands in different survey numbers situated in Nagupally Village, Dhammapeta Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District. They submitted applications on 13.08.2019 in Form VI-A seeking mutation of their names in the revenue records. Alleging inaction on the said applications, this Writ Petition is filed.

As per the procedure evolved by the respondent authorities, for mutation of names in the revenue records, the application has to be made in Form VI-A through online web portal. Apparently, petitioners have not submitted such applications. Therefore, it cannot be said that the respondent authorities are not acting on the applications of the petitioners.

Thus, leaving it open to the petitioners to file an application in prescribed proforma seeking mutation of their names in the revenue records, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. __________________ P.NAVEEN RAO,J 14th October, 2019 Rds
