It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the learned Advocate General that the detenus were arrested and remanded to judicial custody, after being produced before the concerned Magistrate. Therefore, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, leaving it open to the detenus to work out their remedies, in accordance with law.
